If you want to see a list of ALL of our shows, just click on the playlist label below any of the shows. This will bring up a list of ALL shows. See image below as an example:
If you know what show you want to listen to, you can just scroll throught the shows in the "box" widget by clicking on the up or down arrows.
When you are listening to a show, you can jump ahead, but it's not very effective. Look at where the cursor is below (the little hand pointing). To the left of the cursor (the light grey) is what you have listened to, to the immediate right (the dark grey) is how much of the show is loaded. The black is how much of the show is left to load. You can just click anywhere on the light or dark grey areas to skip through the shows.
